Storehouse Wellness ("Storehouse Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to storehousewellness.com, our WholeBio Insights pages and assessments, our forms and checkout pages, and any services that link to this policy (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address.
  • Payment information — card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Assessment and intake responses — the information you provide when completing a wellness assessment, intake form, questionnaire, or booking, which may include details about your lifestyle, habits, goals, and general well-being.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, text, form, or phone, and any records of those conversations.
  • Account information — login credentials and membership details where an account is created.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
  • Approximate location — derived from IP address.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising and analytics platforms, which may provide aggregated campaign and audience data.
  • Our payment processor, which confirms transaction status.
  • Partners or referral sources, where you have asked them to share your information with us.

3. Health and wellness information

Storehouse Wellness is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our assessments and services are for general wellness and educational purposes only. See our Terms and Conditions.

Some information you share with us relates to your general health and well-being. We treat that information as sensitive. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or audience targeting.

Because we are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, information you provide to us is generally not protected health information under that law. It is protected under this policy and under applicable state law.

Please do not send us sensitive health details through unsecured email or text message.

4. How we use your information

  • To deliver the services and assessments you purchase, and to prepare your results.
  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on sessions and appointments.
  • To process payments, manage memberships, and handle renewals, refunds, and billing questions.
  • To respond to your questions and provide support.
  • To send service messages such as receipts, scheduling notices, and account updates.
  • To send marketing communications where you have opted in, and to measure how they perform.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Cookies, pixels, and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure advertising.

TypePurpose
EssentialEnable core functions such as checkout, forms, and security. The site does not work properly without these.
AnalyticsHelp us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.
AdvertisingMeasure ad performance and show relevant ads on other platforms.

We currently use tools that may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These providers may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, subject to their own privacy policies.

Your choices

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com
  • Meta ad preferences: facebook.com/adpreferences
  • Industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common industry standard for it, we do not respond to it separately.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers — payment processing, scheduling, CRM and email or SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics, each acting on our instructions.
  • Advertising platforms — limited data used to measure and improve campaigns. We do not send health or assessment information to these platforms.
  • Professional advisors — accountants, attorneys, and insurers, where needed.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Storehouse Wellness, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction — where you ask us to share information with someone else.

7. Email and text messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about scheduling, your account, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

We will still send transactional messages you need — such as receipts, appointment confirmations, and account notices — even if you opt out of marketing.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Request a copy of that information.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] or call (615) 549-8289. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" and the reason. Residents of some states may also contact their state attorney general.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Where a service is offered to a minor, we require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Third-party links

The Services may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Where information is processed

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
